Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Items

Products must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags still attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are confirmed as faulty.
